As a small start-up company, our ultimate goal and purpose of opening this business in the first place is to provide value for others.

If we can make a difference, then that’s a win. And if you find absolutely no value in them, then please allow us to remedy the situation. We want you to be fully satisfied.

Policy And Steps

We have a 30-day return policy, which means we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from your delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same, original purchase condition in which they were received. Items must be unused with tags still attached and in its original product packaging. Items eligible for returns are required to be undamaged, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.

All products must have been purchased directly from us on tslidesfootwear.com and must have an official order number.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

To start a return, please fill out the contact form here and include the order number in your subject line heading. Once this step is done, we will email you the address for where the return is to be sent. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with official order number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection. Items must not present with any signs of scuffing, defacement,
discoloration, smudges, etc.

Items that appear damaged will be denied a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the fit and style you want is to please first return the item you currently have in your possession. Your original order will be refunded the original payment amount to your original payment method.

Once that return is accepted and completed, please make a separate purchase for the new item. You will then be provided a new order number for the new replacement order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed and you have still not received your refund, please contact us so that we may remedy the situation immediately. We always strive for ultimate customer satisfaction and are grateful for your business. It is always about the customer experience.
